It is a freeze, and a freeze has a simple cure: use the tools in order.

The BFF tools are a sequence, not a menu. At a restaurant you pick one dish and skip the rest. These tools are steps in a line: the map points to the quiz, the quiz points to the curriculum, the curriculum points to the resume builder, the resume builder points to the job board. You run them in order, once, and then the line loops as you grow.
Wrong question: "Which tool is the best one to use?" This treats the tools like a menu and keeps you frozen.
