Annie "Anne" Dela Cruz
Summary
I ran a small online clothing shop for three years. I handled inventory, suppliers, daily sales records, and customer messages myself. I am now bringing that same back-office discipline to remote clients as a virtual assistant. Below are recreated samples that show how I work. The data is fictional; the work behavior is real.
Transferable Skills
Stock levels, reorder points, low-stock flags.
Order status, deadlines, follow-ups.
Income, expenses, running totals.
Clear, warm, on-brand replies.
Sheets, Docs, Forms, Drive.
Clean forms, no back-and-forth.
Sample Activities
Inventory and stock tracker
Item, SKU, stock on hand, reorder point, supplier, lead time, and a low-stock flag, with a summary tab that lists what to reorder. Fictional products. I would update it daily and flag low stock before it runs out.
Vendor and supplier tracker
Supplier (fictional), product, order date, expected date, status, last follow-up, and next action. Keeps every order moving without a single dropped delivery.
Income and expense tracker
Date, description, category, money in, money out, and a running total, all with fictional figures. Shows clean recordkeeping a client can rely on. Sample only, not real financials.
Customer reply template library
Templates for order confirmation, shipping update, out-of-stock reply, refund or return, and a polite follow-up. Warm and clear, ready to adapt to a client's brand voice.
Order and client intake form
The exact fields needed to take an order or onboard a client without endless back-and-forth. Shows I gather the right information up front.
