Friend, the question looks simple. But your honest answer gives you clarity for the next 6 months. Not the Pinterest answer. Not the Instagram caption answer. The real answer inside you, the one you write when no one is watching.
The 4-step assignment

What strong answers include
Why work from home
Specific. Not "freedom." Write something like: "be home with kids ages 5 and 7, save 2 hrs daily commute, restart career after 4-year gap."
Top 3 challenges
Honest. "Confidence in English. No portfolio. Family thinks freelance = unstable."
Strategies to overcome
Specific. "Take BFF English 101 in next 30 days. Build mock portfolio in 60 days. Show parents first paycheck."
Length
1-2 pages. Not 10 paragraphs. Not 1 sentence.
The warning about pretending
Be honest
If the answer is only aspirational ("I want freedom and abundance"), it can get screened out. An honest answer with rough edges ("I'm scared but desperate") makes a stronger candidate. Not judgmental. Real.
