Friend, Career Path Training has 38 specialized business skill paths. There are many options, but that can become an overwhelm trap. You are not supposed to study all 38. Choose one. The right one fits your archetype and your target Role Category. Today we will narrow the choice.

The wrong question vs the right question

Wrong question: "Which path is the most trending?"

Better question: "Which path leads into my target Role Category in the BFF Job List?"

Career Path Training in BFF is a free resource library. The LinkedIn Learning paths are available through PH library access via LinkedIn Learning or paid access (~$30/month). A 90-day specialization beats the 3-year "I'm exploring" loop.

Many BFF learners have 4-5 unfinished LinkedIn Learning paths. The idea that 5 half-done paths are better than 1 finished path is not true. Pick one. Finish it. Add it to your resume. Apply to jobs with that path's role. Then you can choose the next one.

Practice. Pick ONE path. 12 minutes.

  1. Filter the 7 highest-leverage paths above by archetype block below.
  2. Click ONE LinkedIn Learning path link. Read course descriptions.
  3. Set 90-day finish-by date. Add to Google Calendar.
  4. Block 5 hrs/week for course. Same time every day.
  5. Apply to 5 jobs in that Role Category this week. Study + apply parallel.
