The short version: a virtual assistant is someone who does office work remotely for a client, usually overseas. Calendar management, inbox cleanup, customer replies, data entry, bookkeeping, social media, order processing. If you have done office work in the Philippines, you have almost certainly done VA work already. You just called it your job.
I have no VA experience. Is this really for me?

Yes, that is exactly who this is for. The matcher looks for honest overlap between your existing background and current VA roles. It does not rename or embellish your experience. The job notes explain the overlap separately so you can decide whether each role makes sense for you.

Will you invent experience to make me look good?

Never. We do not rewrite, translate, shorten, combine, or reorder your experience. Every submitted resume line and approved work answer is preserved and checked before the package reaches you. A resume you cannot defend in an interview is worse than no resume.

Why do you ask about my internet and laptop?

Because VA employers always do. Most job posts require a minimum connection speed and a backup plan for outages. Putting your real setup on your resume answers the question before it is asked, and if your setup needs an upgrade, your plan will say so honestly.

What happens to my resume and my information?

They are stored privately and used only to build your package. Nothing is posted publicly, and nothing is sent to any employer. You apply to jobs yourself, with your verified resume in hand.

Why is the form sometimes closed?

Intake closes whenever processing or delivery needs a safety check. That prevents new submissions from entering an uncertain system. It reopens only after the full converter path passes its verification checks.
