How to read your 16 Personality results

4 letter codes + career path implications

Introvert (I) vs Extrovert (E)
I = async/text-heavy roles. E = sales/SMM/customer-facing.
Sensing (S) vs Intuition (N)
S = data, admin, bookkeeping. N = strategy, content, creative.
Thinking (T) vs Feeling (F)
T = technical, analytics. F = customer success, community.
Judging (J) vs Perceiving (P)
J = project mgmt, admin. P = creative, exploration.
